In short: Dog Schedule connects dog owners and dog walkers so they can arrange, schedule, and message about walks. It doesn't process payments — any money changes hands between you and the other user, outside the app. Be honest in your profile and listings, treat other users and their dogs well, and you're good.
By creating a Dog Schedule account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use Dog Schedule after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Dog Schedule is a scheduling and matching app: it helps dog owners find nearby walkers, helps walkers find nearby walk requests, and gives both sides a place to message, propose rates, and track completed walks and earnings.
Dog Schedule is not a payment processor. The "Earnings" and "Cash out" features in the app track amounts you've agreed to and completed — they do not move real money. Payment between an owner and a walker is arranged directly between the two of you, outside the app, using whatever method you agree on.
Dog Schedule works because people can trust who they're meeting. When using the app, you agree to:

Dog Schedule facilitates introductions, but every walk happens between two people who arrange the details themselves. We don't run background checks on users, supervise walks, or guarantee the outcome of any arrangement made through the app. Use your own judgment when meeting someone new or handing off a dog — meet in a public place first if that makes you more comfortable, and trust your instincts.
You keep ownership of the photos, messages, and profile details you upload. By posting them, you give Dog Schedule permission to store and display that content within the app for the purpose it was uploaded for (like showing your dog's photo to a matched walker). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share whatever you upload.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Dog Schedule is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific match, walk, or payment arrangement will go as planned. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog Schedule and its developer aren't liable for disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from interactions or arrangements between users, including during in-person walks.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the app's developer, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted where you live.
